Who we are
Capuleti Viaggi is the online brand of Vertours srl, a Verona-based travel agency that since 1949 has been accompanying travellers from all over the world in their discovery of Italy. A family history, which began with the vision of Rienzo Filippini and is now carried forward by a team of 60 professionals who continue the same journey: transforming every stay into an authentic experience.
From the Arena to all of Italy
It all began in Verona, with tickets for the Arena. We are official resellers for the Arena di Verona ticket office, and it was right there that we realised that people coming to the city for a show are looking for much more: a well-located hotel, a punctual transfer, a taste of Valpolicella, an excursion to Lake Garda.
This is how we started to build tailor-made packages around the experience, and from Verona we expanded throughout Italy.

Today Capuleti Viaggi is the online showcase of our DMC (Destination Management Company) soul. This means we don't just sell tickets or individual services: we design the complete experience.
Thanks to 75 years of direct relationships with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local partners across Italy, we can enrich every trip with the right services, chosen one by one. From opera at the Arena to a food and wine tour, from private transfers to exclusive experiences off the beaten track: everything in a single booking, with the guarantee of those who know Italy because they live it every day.
